Alignwell modern therapy is a virtual and hybrid counseling private practice in bellevue and thoughout washington state. We are currently hiring motivated therapists who want to work for a small, supportive group practice. Currently taking a limited number applications for 2024/2025.

Manageable Caseload
We consider 24 therapy sessions a week as fulltime in order to help decrease burnout. Therapists can see more clients if they wish. We offer competitive part time positions as well. We offer these different employment options in order to best support each employee’s unique situation.

What we ask of you:
Master’s Degree in mental health counseling, social work, MFT, or related field
Active, unrestricted Washington state license or associate license (and willingness to work towards full licensure)
Support 15 - 23 (part time) or 24 - 29 (full time) weekly therapy clients within your preferred clinical specialty areas and interests
Good at maintaining clear boundaries, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional emotional intelligence
A person-centered, holistic framework, and demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion
Maintain clear and up to date treatment plans and clinical notes in Simple Practice
Clinical orientation and training in evidence-based models and modalities
Commitment to Alignwell: We dedicate a lot of time to our team, and provide the flexibility, autonomy and space to allow each member of our team to get creative in their role. The ideal person is invested in time and energy in Alignwell and is not planning on owning their own private practice in the next 24+ months. We hope to retain our associate clinicians until they are fully licensed, and longer if that’s their preference.
