MODERN THERAPY FOR PROFESSIONAL WOMEN
Relatable Counseling for High Achievers and People Pleasers.
Supporting high-achieving professional women with in-person and online therapy in Bellevue, WA and throughout Washington state.
You do it all. That is a lot of responsibility.
You're a rockstar, successful and on top of your game. You're so good at concealing your anxious thoughts that even those closest to you may not know how you're truly feeling. Despite appearing to have everything totally under control, you're struggling internally with worries, stress, and anxiety.
You're excelling in all aspects of your life - work, home, and relationships - but dealing with difficulty sleeping, irritability, procrastination, emotional highs and lows, and spiraling fears. It's exhausting trying to maintain a façade of normalcy while feeling like no one understands your panic and crippling overwhelm.
It is time to break free of the second guessing, over analyzing, and obsessing. You want the constant pressure to be perfect and the fear of falling short to finally end.
You’re tired of feeling caught in this cycle:
“I am the person that everyone in my life depends on and its exhausting.”
“I am so busy taking care of everyone else, I literally don’t have a minute for myself.”
“People think I have it all together. I don’t know how I am still fooling them all.”

We will meet weekly or every other week in office or via a completely confidential, HIPAA compliant video platform. The first few sessions will be about getting to know you, taking the time to understand the challenges that bring you to therapy and the things that have shaped your world, and making sure you feel aligned with your counselor. From there, we will create a treatment plan together which will focus on your goals and how to reach them. Though this will be our roadmap for therapy, sessions are not overly structured, so if you encountered something specific that week, we’ll work through it together.

Many clients find that they have reached their goals in 4-6 months and no longer require ongoing sessions. We also see clients who chose to stay in therapy much longer as they have seen improvements and really enjoy having a place to process their thoughts/feelings and have ongoing support on a regular basis. Your therapist and you will regularly check in on your progress and discuss your continued care.
