It is my belief that healing happens within the bounds of safety and authentic connection in the therapeutic relationship.

.

  • I am a compassionate, holistic healer with a focus on identity work, relational repair, trauma, and anxiety.

Therapy is a space to be seen, gain insight, and find dignity in your experience. It is my belief that healing happens within the bounds of safety and authentic connection in the therapeutic relationship. I prioritize building trust to create a space where you feel empowered to speak your truth. Societal narratives, other oppressive structures, and/or trauma, may bump up against our true needs and authentic selves. My role is to work with you to process and bridge this conflict to promote joyful living in mind, body, and spirit.

  • My style of therapy is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I trust in your ability to grow and evolve, and will provide a listening ear alongside realness, accountability, and gentle encouragement.

My identity as a highly sensitive, second-generation Filipino-American deeply influences how I see the world. My work is integrative, combining a systems and multicultural lens to promote holistic healing. As much as we are shaped by our individual experiences, we are profoundly impacted by the systems in which we live.

  • I work with teens 16+ and adults who are wrestling with trauma, identity challenges, perfectionism, self-esteem, and anxiety. Additionally, I enjoy working with support systems such as parents and families with a focus on relational repair.

  • $150 per 50-55 minute session

    $160 first intake session

I accept Premera, Regence, and BCBS insurance.
