She/Her

I believe every person is capable of growth and change.

  • Psychological wounds can leave us feeling broken, damaged, and disconnected from ourselves and the world around us. I work with individuals who struggle with relationships and intimacy and those who have lost a felt sense of meaning and purpose in their lives. The people I work with often struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or somatic issues. It’s important to me to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the barriers that may be keeping you from your goals. I am here to support and guide you through the process of healing, while respecting that you that you are the expert on your life.

I practice a person-centered approach to therapy rooted in attachment theory. I assume that how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us is deeply connected to how we adapted to stay safe in our childhood environment. As a Highly Sensitive Person, I deeply understand the impact that these issues can have on our ability to navigate modern life

  • I approach counseling through the wellness model that respects you as a whole and complete being with an innate capacity to heal. I’m here to both validate your struggle and to elevate the processes that are already working well in your life, that they might help guide us toward healing.

  • I work with adults who struggle with issues of identity, self-love, existential or spiritual issues, interpersonal relationships, or C-PTSD. These issues may show up alongside depression, anxiety, panic, sleep issues, grief, shame, guilt, chronic pain, lack of meaning or purpose, or any other number of symptoms. As someone who identifies as a Highly Sensitive Person, I enjoy working with other HSPs as well.

Depending on your needs, I use body-based somatic techniques to help foster emotional regulation and reconnection with the body, and I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help restructure cognitive beliefs. I may also use a number of other techniques from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), or Motivational Interviewing as needed.

  • $150 per 50-55 minute session

I accept Premera, Regence, and BCBS insurance (beginning summer 2024)
