My approach to counseling is deeply collaborative, emphasizing the importance of a strong, trusting relationship between client and counselor.

  • I believe in providing holistic support and honoring each individual's unique journey toward mental and emotional wellness. By creating a safe, non-judgmental space, I encourage clients to explore their challenges and discover paths to healing. Together, we’ll develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, goals, and values, guiding you toward a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

It's challenging to take the first step to see a counselor. My goal is to support you through these challenges with empathy and expertise. I specialize in working with individuals and couples to navigate complex relationship dynamics and attachment issues. Together, we will create a safe and affirming space where you can explore your feelings, understand your patterns, and build healthier connections.

  • From a young age, I've been passionate about understanding and supporting others through life’s challenges. This passion led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Washington University. I am committed to continuing to provide services and explore research that is focused on inclusivity and diversity in mental health care.

What sets me apart is my holistic approach, integrating evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of relationship dynamics and attachment styles. My commitment is to provide comprehensive care that addresses your emotional, psychological, and relational well-being, empowering you to lead a more authentic and connected life.

I've had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, from 4 to 75, addressing issues such as attachment, trauma, family dynamics, and relationships. Whether you’re seeking help for anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, my goal is to support you every step of the way.

  • I specialize in working with individuals and couples, particularly within the LGBTQ plus community, to navigate complex relationship dynamics and attachment issues. Together, we will create a safe and affirming space where you can explore your feelings, understand your patterns, and build healthier connections.

I am certified in Prepare and Enrich Couples Counseling, where I utilize evidence-based tools to guide couples through a personalized process that not only addresses current relationship dynamics but also prepares them for a fulfilling future together. My expertise in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) helps individuals and couples uncover the emotions underlying conflicts, strengthen attachment bonds, and foster open communication. Whether you’re newly engaged, in a long-term relationship, or facing difficult times, I’m here to help you build stronger, more meaningful connections.

I use a humanistic approach to therapy with all of my clients meaning that you will experience an empathetic, authentic and nonjudgemental space. From there I work from an Attachment based, Emotionally Focused and Internal Family Systems Approach.
