  • I foster a safe, welcoming environment that allows you to tackle tough issues while discovering your own strengths and resilience. We’ll explore how your past experiences influence your present and work toward the changes you want to see.

    Along with traditional talk therapy approaches, I incorporate modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Strengths-Based approaches. In addition, I integrate techniques like somatics, yoga, and music therapy to help you reconnect with your mind, body, and emotions.

  • My aim is to see the best in you, help you see the best in yourself, and create an environment where you feel safe to express yourself fully. Together, we’ll explore what might be holding you back, uncover new perspectives, and set meaningful goals. I will support you every step of the way, offering encouragement, accountability, and a space to grow.

  • I work with teens 16+ and adults who are struggling with anxiety, burnout, depression, life transitions, neurodivergence, performance anxiety, and complex trauma/PTSD.

    Additionally, I enjoy working with parents supporting their children around ADHD, autism spectrum, and with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.

    I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University and have over 25 years of experience working with individuals with neurodivergence and disabilities. I'm also a certified yoga teacher, trained in trauma-informed practices, and a lifelong musician who incorporates music into both therapeutic and performance settings.

    $160 first intake session
